1. The Autvy Service
Autvy provides an autonomous monitoring, pre-flight shadow testing, visual diffing, and automated rollback service for WordPress sites.
You grant Autvy the authority to perform the Twelve Permitted Actions on your designated WordPress installations, including creating ephemeral shadow copies, testing updates, and executing atomic symlink rollbacks.
2. Customer Obligations
You represent and warrant that you own or have explicit administrative authority to operate Autvy on all registered domains.
You agree not to attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or forge Ed25519 instruction signatures destined for the Autvy worker binary.
3. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Autvy and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party plugin bugs or host outages.
Our total cumulative liability under any claim arising out of these terms is strictly limited to the amount paid by you to Autvy during the three (3) months preceding the incident.
4. Cancellation & Grandfathered Beta Terms
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard with zero penalty or cancellation fees.
Cohort 01 Early Adopter accounts receive a 100% free beta period and a permanent 50% discount locked for the life of the account.
